Salam Sejahtera, welcome to the Faculty of Applied and Creative Arts (FACA)!

     As we enter 2025, we continue our mission of excellence in applied and creative art education, building on a proud legacy since our founding in 1994. FACA is the leading art and design institution in Borneo, recognized globally for its dynamic and innovative curriculum. We integrate technological advancements into teaching, research, and creative production, preparing our students with versatile, cross-disciplinary skills to become future-ready graduates amid the complexities of the 21st century.

     Our diverse undergraduate programs include Fine Arts, Design Technology, Arts Management, Music, Animation, Drama and Theatre, and Cinematography, all leading to a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree. Additionally, the faculty offers postgraduate research programs to both local and international prospective applicants at the master's and PhD levels, providing advanced opportunities for scholarly exploration and creative inquiry.

     We are excited about our programs and look forward to getting to know you. At FACA, students are encouraged to think critically, follow their intuition, and integrate their abilities. Beyond academics, we offer community engagement projects, entrepreneurship activities, and interdisciplinary experiences that foster creativity and innovation.
